Merger and Building Update for Patients of Warwick and Waterside Practices

Building work has now commenced with the first phase almost complete of our eighteen week build. Would all patients now please report to the Warwick Reception. The check in screens are now temporarily out of use.

Some of the blood tests and nurse appointments are now upstairs but you will be informed of this when you check in at Reception.

Remember that our reception teams are here to help you and we’re working hard to keep disruption and changes for patients to a minimum.

We now have a bigger nurse clinic room situated in one half of the building which patients using this service will see over the coming weeks.

Work has now started on the new ‘Same Day Service’ consulting rooms and the larger reception and combined waiting room, this has necessitated the closing down of the Waterside Reception with the reception team moving into the Warwick Reception. The Practices still have all the same team members but they’re working in different areas of the building this will help to give you continuity of service both on the telephones and in reception.

We’ll give you an update on this work as we get nearer to completion.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients for their cooperation and wish everyone a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.

Flu & You!

A reminder - If you are in one of our ‘at risk’ patients or over 65 years of age then we still have flu jabs available – talk to our reception team and make an appointment now!
